You can use Revit Architecture to generate a real-time rendered view of a building model using the Realistic visual style, or you can create a photorealistic image of the model using the Rendering tool. Revit Architecture renders 3D views with various effects and content, such as lighting, plants, decals, and people. The real-time rendering view displays realistic materials and textures. Either of these rendering styles can be used to present the design to clients or share with team members. See Real-time Rendering Overview.

As an alternative, you can export a 3D view, and use another software application to render the image. See Exporting to 3ds Max.
