Use the inquiry commands
to extract geometric information from drawing objects such as lines,
curves, closed polylines, and polygons. This can help you verify
the accuracy of your data, or send the data to the field.
Inquiry commands are
specific to drawing objects. They do not work on geospatial features.
COGO inquiry commands use the World Coordinate System (WCS) and
ignore current User Coordinate System (UCS)
settings. Therefore, north is always considered to point along the
WCS positive Y axis, and inquiry results are reported in WCS coordinates.
