Create a Utility Map

Add survey data to a map and overlay it on a feature. For example, show hydrants and parcels. Style the points using symbols, and assign scale ranges so the symbols appear only at certain zoom levels. Style the parcels to include labels based on their attribute data, and assign scale ranges so the labels appear only at certain zoom levels.
